Good work bringing up those issues. I think you will end up finding how much regulating the regulators actually do at this end of the market.
If pestered enough the ASX may send out a please explain letter but they never query the response received from that regardless of bs factor.
ASIC hide behind the 'cannot comment' excuse and 'we only act if it is in the public interest to do so' excuse.
