I think that the agreement reached from the management of Alta Zinc with Arete foresees more than what indicated in the announcement.
I suppose that the parties have already defined the agreements on future owners, management and financial assets of the company.
In this logic it would be reasonable the cession of about 20% of the capital at paltry values respect to the potentiality declared in the project.
Obviously it is only my opinion.
