My biggest concern is that it is quite likely we will said a significant change of tack on the NHS front - both reductions in IT budget for NHS and radical redirection of NPfIT. The latter might well turn out to hold positives for iSoft, but the initial reaction and uncertainty is more likely to be significantly negative.
