" I'm just curious as to how they will raise cash with their track record of using a pump and dump to convert notes so they get their cash..."
Wrong once again Ozzy.
The notes are paid for in the Cap Raise on a pre-determined settlement date. It does not cost anything to convert into equity once the CN has been paid for. You just make an application to the company sec.
If however, you wanted to convert the options that were attached you would have to pay to exercise them which is beneficial to the company.
You would only convert your options if they were in the money which in this case is above .001c so not unusual to see them exercised or notes (issues at .001c) converted once the price moves.
Is it at all possible that the stock moved on positive news flow at all around that time? ie: More buyers than sellers wanting to take a punt on a spec play in the gaming space?
Or shall we just stick to "...using a pump and dump to convert notes so they get their cash..."
