I understand that the Administrator of KAB is taking past directors to court on 28th Sept. Landau is not included.

Details associated with the case cannot be disclosed for the moment. You will need to wait until they are updated on the Federal Court database. Should not be too far down the track.

My guess is that maybe monies have been moved from company bank accounts? Speculation on my behalf.

I have requested the Administrator that all shareholders be advised asap re the case.
