I have been thinking about this, the rent was only a fraction of what they lost. So the question has to be asked, Why did this really happen. It's a pretty costly, timely and risky move. The best answer so far has been, Jason had a mine mine mine attitude so they got rid of him. And They got sick of Jason so they got rid of him.
Did the directors act honestly, in good faith and in the best interests of the company, avoid conflicts of interest and to exercise due care and diligence? All I can say is, i'm hanging around to find out.
The printers must have been sold and I can tell you Jason did NOT buy them.
As for all the other stuff, I have no details on it.
