with the stock at such a big discount to its assets and the business generating cash it's surprising the stock continues to trade at a 50% discount to its assets.
so my question is this - why is the company not selling its unused assets and either paying off any remaining debt or (my preference) give the money back to shareholders?
my main question is how do we as shareholders push for this? There's 100% upside for us by selling the assets for what they are worth, a pretty shareholder friendly thing if you ask me. i'm not saying they have to sell everything as that would mean there's no business. but surely anything that's not in use can be put up for sale?
I have heard Boom's travel tower assets are a prime candidate for sale. does anyone know much about them? how much they are worth?
would love to hear what other shareholders think
