Asset Backing Per Share, page-8

Well great news for LEG but makes me wish I got SIR when it dropped to around the $2.20/$2.30 mark, congrats to anyone who got in there. So, from the IGO/SIR transaction LEG will get:

About 990,000 IGO shares
I believe IGO pays a dividend twice a year
A payment of $870,000
About 600,000 S2 shares

I said a while ago we wouldn't have to worry about a CR with LEG for 2-3 years and the above pretty much cements that with all the other cash, etc. Still sub 1c lol, crazy, will be on the radar soon enough. Happy with the investments of LEG, now time for some action on those tenements please...
