There's no doubt that PEX's announcements recently have been very, very positive. The market is just in a slump at present across the board and many base metal miners have been steadily sold down over the last 3 months - WSA @ $1.94 - how does that work??, MLX $0.38, yesterday HLX announced very good Cu drill results at Collerina (near PEX in Cobar district) and their shares went down, MOD now $0.29?
IMO, what it is doing is offering compelling value to those investors lucky enough to have some spare cash to invest!! DYOR
