Heard from a mate last night who told me that a newsletter he gets said that the high grade zone at S.Nights could contain a COMBINED 25 -30% Pb & Zn. Which would sell for around $1600 / tonne, cost $150 /tonne to extract & process. But would be sold as DSO because it would actually result in a lower metal recovery if it were run through a mill & then through a flotation process. So we are talking serious numbers there.
Once the infill drilling & resource calculation are complete the company must get straight onto mining that high grade area. It would generate serious cash flow. To pay for a mill & development of all the lower grade areas. A announcement to proceed in that direction would seriously generate a lot of interest in the stock & result in a solid re-rate IMO.
If however once the calcs are out they then keep on fluffing about with drilling other targets or Buggerising around with Mallee Bull then they will be in need of serious mental therapy.
