iza I think all shareholders would like a company to raise money at the optimum time, however, quite often events are set in place which undermine or determine other factors and hence a CR is done at much lower prices. Raising money these days is very hard and companies have a lot to prove to the lending/investing audience.

In the back of mind however, there is something to consider due to the delays in info about the Tanzanian project and perhaps to raise with the board. What happens if the previous directors are also found negligent on the Tanzanian projects and the company also has no legal or exploration entitlement?

Not saying this is true....just what if...?

I think all things considered...the legal proceedings against the ex directors could open up a can of nasty worms on the professional and due diligence/compliance capabilities of those guys...something to ponder anyway. Hopefully someone can clear this thought up with facts rather than an opinion as I think the board need to address many issues for punters to be excited by the company's future.
