iza, I have no idea but 20% less than current price is a general rule of thumb, although some companies manage to raise at a premium to their share price but I think that is to companies with excellent PR skills and management who are driven to see projects developed.

As far as DAF stands, they may have a long way to go to get past the legal issues. Most people dealing with courts these days know that cases can take years and tons of dollars, so again, I have no idea.

JV seems to know more about the company then anyone else as he is the only one they seem to get back in touch with. Nothing against JV, but I do see a problem with their communications etiquette if they cannot respect investors asking questions.

As for the Tanzanian project...if you read the last annual report it states " Upon receipt of  sample analysis results from the works conducted during the reporting period and based on the assessment of these  results, further detailed work comprising geophysical surveying, geological works, drilling and sampling, and  metallurgical laboratory testwork may be conducted during the next reporting period.

This certainly does not sound like the positive announcement that JV would have us believe is coming each week. Again..not having a go at JV as the info may have been changed since he was in discussion, but according to the legalese in the above statement, shareholders may have to wait up to 3 months for any news...if deemed worthy.

With that in mind, the current sp may drift further down while a waiting game is played out on both the exploration front and the legal front. Hence cap raise could be much lower than 20% from current.

Again all speculation on my part, but since the company does not contact me to answer my questions directly (non market sensitive mind you) , I will continue to speculate and assume things are not as rosey as some posters would have you  believe. If I am wrong however, so be it and congratulations to the punters getting a cheap seat. For JVs sake as well as others who jumped onboard when it was hot a few months back, I hope they aren't being led up the garden path.
