Here is the case if you are intrested in following it, little work finding it but its all there with the details of when it started and the dates they were in court. Looks like Kevin did an Oath document on Tuesday. Not really educated in the legal sector so if anyone is and can explain what's going on would be great.
Lets hope we can close this circus and move on with finding some Graphite and bringing share holder wealth back.
