JV, I would be interested to hear your take on the legal issues and anything gleaned from recent discussions with them. You are perhaps one of the most positive of posters at the moment, so just curious if anything they shared has boosted your confidence. They certainly need to work on the PR because if they need money, they will find the market somewhat tough esp when they are in damage control mode with other things.
