Are they capable of investigating and for that matter are they capable of identifying if manipulation is taking place. I would think not. I trade through Comsec. It is a waste of time for me to go to comsec. and say that CDU stock is being manipulated. They can not go to a BOT trader and say we want to investigate your trading, let us see all the trades you have done etc. only the ASX and ASIC have that power, and I don.t believe they have ever used it to the extent that they COULD, or if they were really interested and did a proper job, SHOULD
