"The dividend receipts to TAS will fund overhead costs first"......
What a laughably infantile way to distort facts.....
Every company has to pay overheads...... And TAS overheads will not be very high (on the Concrete side of things) , since TAS will not have any costs to deal with directly, excepts collect dividends (as EDE's main shareholder)..... As for the "exploration expenses", the mining tenements are assets, which if TAS decides to sell will bring money, not cost to the company. It does NOT necessarily mean that TAS will spend money on exploration in this Global Mineral Environment.
The Calculation that Ultimately WILL DETERMINE TAS SHARE PRICE in comparison to EDE's Share price was OFFICIALLY released in a Company Announcement by Non Other that the Management and El Supremo of EDE and TAS, Gregory Solomon, and is considerably HIGHER than EDE's Price.....
The REAL REASONS for the present perceived "inexplicable anomaly" (Higher EDE Share Price) are to be "found" elsewhere...... And WILL BECOME Apparent hopefully sooner than later*****

    Cheers)
