If I may just have a final "right of reply" :)

I maintain that the share price and value are two entirely different things, often not resembling each other for long periods of time.

The problem comes when the SP moves too far from the value and is then used to make decisions. Taking your example - it is all too easy for a company to "ramp up" a share price prior to a capital raising. This may make the raising more successfull (a good short term result) but pisses off mightily those who take up a placement when sometime down the road the SP inevitably moves back towards reality. Of course some will "stag" the placement and make trading profits but that has nothing to do with the financial health of the underlying business.

Anyway, I am led to believe that a CST Newsletter will be forthcoming very shortly. Then hopefully we will both be happy. :)
