In closing I would just say that I am trying to get accross the fact that in between the Directors and the long term holders (myself included), is the "market".

Directors (in my opinion) need to manage the "market" to ensure their stock is not only attractive to present holds but also to prospective purchasers.

Failure to do so can unnecessarilly erode the value of a company and amongst other things decrease the ability to raise new funds at a fair cost, eg new issues
