re: a little light is shed - forrest I hear everything you say, BUT I do feel the company is sadly lacking in the area of investor PR.

At a time of the company reaching significant milestones then they should do the spin doctor trick and push the good news to all and sundry.

Similarly, at a time when the market is extremely nervours for the smaller stocks then management should come out and pubicly hose down the damage done by the recent ratings report.

It is not a question of issuing announcements for the sake of it, moreso managing the market expectations, and keeping shareholders informed.

Apart from a very sterile press release following the Japanese approval there has been nothing - nothing about the projected sales numbers etc etc.

One could be forgiven for getting the impression that management is/has adopted an arrogant attitude of only "tolerating" shareholders (part-owners) because they have to. In other words they intend to operate as a private company, doing things only as they see fit, and if the shareholders don't like it, well, they can sell their shares.

Directors need to realise they have responsibilities to external parties, and cannot just keep the blinkers on.
