Well Ralph - it should be very hard for any Director or this company or any other to disagree.
What is needed is for lots of shareholders to bombard the CEO with demands that this policy be adopted.
In addition, shareholders should get onto the Shareholders association and ask THEM to front the AGM with any and all questions.
Sometimes the ASA will simply email questions in advance and get written responses.
Sometimes the ASA even has a closed door meeting with the CEO to air grievances.
So, GRR shareholders should join the ASA and THEN start sending requests for their views and questions to be put to the Board by the ASA.
The ASA is a large shareholder organisation and carries a stick.
If the Board gives them BS responses, that would generally get reported in print in the subsequent edition of the ASA journal - which happens to be called Equity.
Kind of a play on words really.
Anyway, that is my last suggestion for today.
Well done Ralph, keep up your campaign - someone has to at least try an keep the bastards honest!!!!
