I have always wonder if management can collude with certain significant investors or creditors to drive the company (via dodgy CR deals or whatever other means) into receivership and liquidation to allow them (the significant investors / creditors) buy the company out at scrap prices. I'm not saying that that's what had happened here. But how do we small fries know what's is going on? It's so fishy!
Once the company is put up for liquidation we small fries would not be notified of who eventually bought the company, I think. And if they bought not the company but rather the company's assets, all the more it's none of our business.
