It is very clear that the facts are that ASIC has had a report from a credible source, being the company's auditors that they have engaged in illegal activities including "creating a false market". The fact that the company has chosen not to answer these charges appears to be sufficient reason for some shareholders to exit and no body to take their place, including the directors of the company.
For those who can read, the documents that come with the AGM resolutions show that even some directors have chosen to convert less than half of their loans to shares at the bargain basement price of 7c. The Managing Director converted just a little over 1/4 of his loan. I was quite suprised by this as the impression I was given by statements was that ALL OF THE LOANS were being converted.
I guess those in the know, know better.
