These DOCA arrangements can take a considerable amount of time. I have followed NGX Norseman Gold PLC and the position of their subsidiary Norseman Gold Limited. Tulla Group, a major shareholder in NGX and lender of last resort, headed up the DOCA meetings that led to payouts to creditors.
Now Norseman Gold Limited is being returned to Norseman Gold PLC though this procedure now well exceeds one year and their ASX quote is far from resuming. It is not known what the shares are worth now.
