I think we could maintain 100% interest in AC if ELK were to focus on a waterflood of the lower Shannon, targeting wells higher on the structure as those lower down have failed to produce. The Surtek report on Ash creek is meant to be completed "by August" according to the quarterly. This should allow them to decide which is the best well to target.
Cash is short but the cost of bringing 1 well online would be justified. I cannot see the logic in chasing a chemical flood (multi millions) when there is so much potential oil to be recovered from a waterflood.
