Looking at the sub notice that ASEAN issued, there are buys from 1st August - 27th Sept but no sells. We know a number of the big caps have been hit and skits63 has made some sizeable purchases during that time. Can we conclude from the sub notice that ASEAN are not capping or the sells should be recorded on the sub notice? Perhaps there is in fact another seller (Lind) offloading and ASEAN are using it as a means to accumulate?
