It really is quite a simple scenario, if you can buy as a sophisticated investor under market price you will quite happily endlessly dump at or above market price ad infinitum, I see this day after day in so many shares, there really is no conspiracy, as a retail investor you have the advantage of being nimble unlike a sophisticated investor who really has no option but to forecast their moves due to the nature of the size of their investment plays.
