imo no risk especially considering the political and now the defence pressure to use australian steel.
in fact what better time for austal to start building steel navy vessels under extreme pressure from govt political pressure to use australian steel otherwise imo u/australia would not have won the tender.ie the cost to produce any army/navy product is so ridiculous compared to other countries.
