    If my maths are correct this guy has spent ~$1.5m buying ON MARKET???

    I think he's getting set for a takeover. The shareholding base is too sporadic to defend against a hostile takeover. We're too cheap to repel a big player.

    Things are happening behind closed doors surely.

    Of course, that's IMO but you're got to be an idiot to throw that much money into a black hole.
