Kwinana port development decision is incredibly slow. There is a mediation time point set by James Point (developers) for end of May if no decision can be made in the interim.
Unfortunately, with the ineptitude of governments, I do not expect a decision before this date - off to tribunal for the developers it will be and further delay to any port expansion.
I hope not, but odds are against me - inaction is certainly inevitable.
