Perhaps Ms Unwin will be offered a position on SLR's board because according to
her CV as summarised in IGR announcement dated 25th Nov 2011:-

"She is experienced in major energy projects with related financing, joint venture
and contractural negotiations and has had significant experience providing
corporate advisory services to predominantly resource companies including
advising on takeovers, acquisitions, fundraising initial public offerings and ASX and ASIC matters"

The timing of her appointment was good considering that her skills as per above would have been needed over the past while.
