To those who commented on my post, thank you. The suggestion to write to ASIC, rather than to IGR, is a good one. The directors obviously knew what they were doing and they probably already prepared standard answers about "doing it in shareholders' interest" ready for a copy/paste into responses to our queries/complaints.

Someone said "All that is necessary for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing." Let's do something, then. Let's write to the regulators - ASIC.
