It would be nice to think ASIC would look into this merger. But we all know that ain't going to happen, for if they did. It just might expose what has caused the lack of trust and interest in investing in our mining sector these days. The mining sector stinks and for a damn good reason. Could it be, the relevant authorities have their head in the sand, or are they just incompetent?
