I was looking at AGY on Google and noticed ARV if they can arrange the finance through a capital raising dated
16-12-16 if you look at there statement on hot copper would like to aquire the fully permitted Radio Hill processing plant and it's nearby (jorc'd) assets to enhance there own nearby assets to fast track production for a total consideration of $3.5 M should the deal go through.
I checked out ARV and was quite impressed with the information I recieved about Radio Hill (sharp lad boss) and it would enhance there nearby assets and they have interesting other assets and shame FXR can't JV with ARV ?
but FXR is broke after the thermal coal mine next door to International coal with great jorc'd quality thermal coal but no one wanted to buy any ? and did over one of Australia's sharpest biussiness ? ladies and FOX's cash
- We still got Jungle Creek and other assets and obviously the boss knows what he's doing, just bad luck about the coal asset so leave it up to you bud but I was quite impressed with ARV and there assets at a quick glance which included super jumbo 15mm graphite in Greenland if they still own it.
