Following today's EPA approval, buyers are slowly returning.
Immediate resistance at 12c needs to be taken out. My next target is 14c with "Blue Sky" above.
10c support must hold, "or else"

* Breakout from falling Raff channel
* Price and Volume moving up in lockstep
* MACD Bullish Divergence confirmed
Reason enough to top up, but DYOR and FYOP
