So, so many sharks peddling dreams and never delivering. Lost half my life savings to be honest on similiar pie in the sky stuff. Lets be honest, alot companies are selling some great ideas.
What sort of fuel is created ? is it heat, light, oil, gas, hydrogen ! ? Split CO2 into carbon monoxide and oxygen ? is the oxygen the fuel ?
Is it heat or does the oxygen get burnt to drive a turbine to generate electricity ?
What happens to the carbon monoxide ? a poisionous gas...
What is the basic science behind the secret ? Is it chemical ? It can't be huge amounts of energy. That would be self defeating. How does the artificial photosynthesis work ?
Even if it works in practice, the power produced has to be significant. To be blunt, it can't be a single flame. The theory can work but it has to be commercial to be taken seriously.
How much CO2(in tonnes) will produce how much fuel (in MW or maybe GW) ?
Plus maybe the company could provide a comparison with say the output of an average coal fired power station for example.
Not talking scale. Scale is not a problem. The pilot plant is the start of that. But its all based on an equation where the CO2 goes in, add the x factor, and the MWs come out. What sort of figures does the company think can be achieved ?
I want to be interested, but the numbers are always the bottom line in the stockmarket. Apart from cleaning up CO2(a fantastic thing) how much power is produced ? (so can be measured in financial terms).
When I know(and the rest of the market and the rest of world knows) the x tonnes of CO2 that produce x number of watts of electricity, and its impressive(very important), then its a winner. That will make shareholders wealthy and make a huge contribution to the future of mankind. A great feeling to have and to be partially repsonsible for.
More details on the technology please, otherwise what money I have left wont be spent on flying in a pie across the sky.
Just to get to the point, does anyone have more info about the technology ?
