As a mere amateur I am looking at their balance sheet and can't help but scratch my head as to why the staff costs are such a large proportion of costs. Growing business need new people to grow. With staff costs so high as a percentage of total costs I fail to see how this company can grow inn a profitable manner.
How does this company compete against the likes of Paypal?
