The interviewee is a well known PSC practitioner in Europe. The lead issue is not as serious if you consider the whole module in which the lead is less than the allowed limits. All readers may note that he talks about lots of research to be done. The general concensus in EU is that manufacture is 5 years away. Maybe the big players doing private development in Asia would be a bit more optimistic and say 3 years. Not sooner.
