Somebody has posted an article about the suspension mechanism. And you can easily find it in the internet by searching “voluntary suspension”.

According to this: it is possible to stay suspended for three years. After that you are out!

So, I guess they sell the materials production as published, and then they go on in the private company... thus, they have no shareholders anymore and they have no credit anymore... how easy is that???
