I've always felt that IMF-Bentham is underpriced, and warts and all should well have had support above the $2-00 level. where I'd like to see it plateau.
I'd expected a further increment once an ongoing disclosure to this year's accounts it was clear that 'LCIP - written back', and 'Lost Appeals' were not an enduring problem. In the event I considered a valuation moving to the higher end of the $2-$3 range.
I am sorry I give such volatile ambits, but this share is volatile.
I am not happy about the NYSE (FIIG) funding deal. I don't like SPV's per se, and I certainly don't like the way this has been dumped on shareholders. Again. Besides the lack of any value of the ROIC or notification of the capped priority return on invested capital" AND a "further preferred return on committed but undrawn capital"
This a transaction of some substance, and within the ambit of a corporations law, would have demanded a prospectus or redacted version, prior the event.
Passing me and other shareholders by a way of an SPV, discloses the mind of IMF-Bentham in so far as it goes to its their shareholders.
I will be looking at the deal closely -ONE DAY - it seems.
If it is a good deal, it should easily push IMF-Bentham's above the $3's
If so, I will be leaving this company. I've given this some thought. I will leave- mainly as I no longer trust the directors obligation to serve my interest, above all others. I will seek out a FIIG somewhere else...
If not so, I'll bail IMF-Bentham sooner - if it is clear the FIIG deal is a lemon.
