This has misappropriation of funds written all over it DW
Why did it take 4 years to come to this conclusion? why did previous auditing fail to find these facts?
Was a opportunity available to commit such a thing because of the frequent turnover of directors ?
So many loose ends and then a scramble to substantiate the findings , without conclusion hence stan tons stating to seek legal advice .
