When I read it couple things come straight to mind
'Corporate strategy' to which natural progression to increase their stake. Nmdc did this at 1.4c after a failed 5c cap raise and 3 years of basically nothing. Nice work. Legacy share holders did great out of that one and reckon Heng et al got completely played.
2 billion in potash investment - Half their cash. They won't be parting with much more soon.
