well according to my calcs, we should be getting the info re GM any minute now.
that should provide the info on proposed nominees, and their views on what they feel is wrong at Yowie, and their plans to fix it.

I thought that article provided some new info.
1. for a start Chairman confirmed that he expects to appoint another new board member. even intimates that 4 directors might not be the final number. I would now like to see a US retail industry board member. there must be plenty of choices given the size of the US mkt?

2. he also intimates (my view) that they have spoken to requisitioners, and that those two are happy with the changes to board. So to me, that is indicating that these guys might withdraw their S249D requisition. Because they have got some wholesale changes at board level, and at M/D level, and that these guys simply will not get elected anyway.

3. there is no point in attacking Schussler, because shareholders simply do not know how the actual mgt operated. One may find that Schussler wanted to do certain things one way, and the previous M/D might have wanted to do them another way. What I don't understand, is just how and why the board was in the dark until 29 Dec 2017? And that I suspect is why M/D was changed. Indicates that reporting process is not up to scratch.
