WPL has been very successful in "buying stray hats in winter". It has used it's strong balance sheet to build up a portfolio of near and long term projects to set the company up for the next 10 years. PC and the board have, IMO, done an outstanding job in managing the business. The sp is reflecting the POO, but it is also reflecting the business community confidence in the strategy.
