I saw this short article on the EDE forum, doesnt seem to be helping the SP much.

Tasman Resources (TAS) 14.5c, Eden Energy (EDE) 21.5c
A peculiar but persistent market arbitrage — the difference between Tasman’s share price and the value of its Eden stake — has become all the more wider.
Tasman owns 42 per cent of Eden’s ordinary shares and 45 per cent of its issued options, worth 34.3c per Tasman share (a 136 per cent premium on Tasman’s share price).
Eden is developing carbon nanotubes for hardening concrete and is gaining traction in US road-building circles. It’s also won a $US24m government incentive package to build a factory in Georgia.
Tasman remains a spec buy.
