Montgomery clearly does not understand how the P&L works.
There is a thing called new space.
I will say it again to the critics ... go back and read my post prior to the result.
NCK is now on 12.0% GROSS DIVIDEND Yield, based on future space growth. 2020
10.5% for FY19.
I love the pessimism.
