$8.13 down to $4.49 as of posting this, now we really have to ask ourselves a question.
What is this 45% downfall in SP pricing in? Old tired management, housing downturn, economic cycle...etc Whatever it is, maybe its a combinations of many but I doubt it is worth the 45% discount.
