I cam across this article on mineweb.com. A couple of weeks old but thought I'd post in case of interest to others.

Interestingly, it is posted under the industry metals/iron & steel section of the website as opposed to mining/junior mining section.

With respect to when we will have an announcement re new JV partner "crystallising", as I previously posted - "be patient. I think the next announcement won't be until sometime in June at the earliest. Whilst the liquidator has the court order to wind up the company, the liquidator has an obligation to achieve the best outcome for shareholders. Therefore, the liquidator may want approval from their lawyers before formally agreeing to handing back the Hawsons JV agreement (thus covering the liquidator that they have not overlooked something in the JV)."

I'm hoping its soon but think Nick will be patient to get the right deal for us all.
