I read that article myself. I actually took a bit of confidence out of the article because they talked about big upswings on some good news.

The market has priced the LPT's based on sentiment and not fundamentals. There was also another article about Centro today where if the banks move on them then 750 properties in Australia and the US will need to be liquidated which would destroy the commercail marketplace.

These things cannot be allowed to fail IMO because if all top 5 on these list or even one of them were liquidated, it would have massive negative implications for all property holders.
