Apart from the black plague, there is nothing CNP can offer CER in a merger. Plain and simple as that. I am not sure if the article in insuating that a merger between the two would occur "The move will also see Centro Properties rolled into its Centro Retail".
Surprised to read that a discounted cap raising was brought up a while ago but pleased to see it is no longer an issue. Tsenin mentioned during the HY results on boardroom radio, that he was against the idea of doing a cap raising (something to that effect) so I am not sure who would have raised that idea.
