'objections by Japanese Biosignal shareholders -- who want to acquire the patents -- are threatening to disrupt a vote on the restructure at Friday's general meeting.'

This is extremely interesting. So both CBTE and our Japanese investors want the IP. Just that our CBTE related directors forgot to tell us about the Japanese interest.

Restoration Environment Rebirth and Saraya are Japanese companies investing in BOS, holding 8.792% and 1.278% of BOS respectively [Annaual Report 2009]. Both companies were trialling our compounds and it all looked promising back in 2007. Restoration was represented on the board by Gunter Pauli.

I am finding it difficult to value the IP. Peter Steinberg, the co-inventor, sounded indifferent about it when I emailed him just prior to the EGM. Announcements over the years have been promising. Many trials did fail outright, but some seemingly successful trials have been left hanging for years, including the Japanese ones.

After the RGM merger the CBTE raiders will no longer hold a controlling stake in BOS, but they have lost the vote to get the IP I bet they're still in shock. A compromise might be a licensing deal, Mimotopes (the Australian based CBTE subsiduary set to get the IP), Restoration and Saraya can all buy a license. Heaven knows the status of the other projects we haven't heard of for a while, like the dental trials.

Interesting indeed. Good work finding this article kakoii.
